Description
It is required that Pool Attendants complete as well as pass our
rigorous in-house training program.
At Southeast Aquatic Group professional conduct, appearance and
attention to detail are a
must. We take pride in maintaining one of the most professional
organizations in this industry.
Duties:
• Clock in/out with the automated system.
• Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly manor.
• Consistently scan your pool for distressed swimmers.
• Enforce all club rules fairly and consistently.
• Not permitted to chat with friends or co-workers.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Complete and maintain Southeast Aquatic Groups maintenance
checklist daily at each facility
- Check safety equipment (Phone, shepherds crook,
ring buoy, safety rope, etc.)
- Check safety compliance (Gates, signs, main drains, etc.)
- Perform chemical analysis and record second and third chemical
checks in CPO log book daily at each facility
- Check and maintain all filtration equipment
- Clean and maintain deck area (Blow off deck, clean/straighten
furniture, empty trash, etc.)
- Clean and maintain restroom facilities (Clean toilets/sinks/counters/floors,
empty trash, stock supplies, etc)
• Vacuum and brush pool and pool tile
• Clean skimmer baskets and check weirs
• Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with members
and guests
• Answer all questions politely
• Refer all problems or complaints to supervisor promptly
• Maintain proper Southeast Aquatic Group attire and appearance
• Maintain a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation
