The Office Administrator must conduct him or herself
in a professional and friendly manner and
maintain confidentiality of all information. Applicant must be responsible,
capable of multitasking,
consistently follows through on projects without reminders and is
able to work without direct supervision.
Job Requirements
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Quickbooks preferred.
• Property Management and accounting experience preferred.
Job Duties
• Filing
• Scheduling
• Accounting
• Record keeping
• Excellent communication skills
• Corresponding with property management companies and HOA
board members.
• Answering telephone and directing messages to appropriate
personnel.
• 30 to 40+/hrs per week
