Description
Southeast Aquatic Group Managerial Lifeguards are required to complete
and keep current all
Certifications including American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
which includes CPR\AED for the
professional rescuer, lifeguard training and first aid as well as
pass our rigorous in-house training
program. Managerial Lifeguards must also obtain and maintain current
CPO and Wake County
certifications (for pool facilities in Wake county). At Southeast
Aquatic Group professional conduct,
appearance and attention to detail are a must. We take pride in
maintaining one of the most
professional organizations in this industry.
The Managerial Lifeguard has extra responsibilities
above and beyond the standard lifeguard
“duties”. These extra responsibilities include scheduling
guards and attendants via our website,
delegating responsibilities, holding staff meetings and reporting
to upper management daily. All
Managerial Lifeguards are ultimately responsible for the cleanliness
and safety compliance at each
facility and will not be above performing any standard lifeguard
duties. Managerial Lifeguards must
lead by example.
